Judging is by experienced Pacific Northwest artists!
Student art will be displayed in the RadCon Art Show at the Pasco Red Lion for the duration of the Weekend. Art should be retrieved following the Art Auction on Sunday at 1 pm.
Rules:
- You must be a current student from the Tri-Cities area in grades 9 – 12.
- Art themes should keep to the genres of: science fiction, fantasy, cyber punk, steam punk, or urban fantasy, or the current RadCon Theme.
- Submissions must be family friendly and appropriate.
Submission Guidelines:
Please submit the Entry Form via Google Form by January 3rd to ensure we have time to process your submissions.
If your artwork has been accepted into the contest, we will send you information on how and when to transport your artwork to the convention.
Submissions must include a 3×5 card with the student’s name, title of art, category for entry, and contact information. 3D art pieces will go onto surrounding tables. Other submissions will be hung and must be mounted, matted, or framed.
Accepted art mediums are Oil & Acrylic, Pencil & Ink Sketch, Mixed Media, Digital, Watercolor, and Sculpture.
Winners will be announced at the beginning of the RadCon Art Auction during Program on Sunday of Convention, around 1 pm.

The Student Art Contest is a RadCon Guild sponsored event. Student Art will be available for return to the student on Sunday of the convention, after the winning announcements. Please be sure to pick up your art. RadCon is not responsible for any art left after 6pm on Sunday.
